  • What locations do you cover?
    We are based in Bookham so central to cover all of Surrey. But please get in touch to discuss your event if you are a little further than this.
  • Ho much space do I need to fit the tent in my garden?
    We need a flat grassed area that has been cleaned and cleared, with a meter either side of the tent for ropes and pegs. So For our 5m bell tent, we would need a 5m square lawned area. With a meter either side, a total area of at least 7m x 7m. For our 6m bell tent, we need a 6m square lawned area. With a meter either side, a total area of at least 8m x 8m.
  • How many people can I fit in the bell tent?
    With our dressed tents with beds and decor we suggest our 5m tent sleeps 6, and sleeps four with the tv package. Our 6m tent can sleep 8, and sleep six with the tv package. If you have a larger group then we would suggest to hire the bell tent only and supply your own bedding.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    Our bell tent only hire will take around 30 minutes to set up. Our bell tent's with all beds, bedding decorations and accessories will take approximately 2 hours to set up.
  • How long would my hire of the tent be?
    Our prices are based on a hire period of approximately 24 hours. You can add additional nights for a reduced rate if required.
  • What type of beds do you use?
    Depending on the number of beds required we use Orthopaedic waterproof memory foam mattresses for extra comfort. If additional beds are required then air beds will be supplied as extras.
  • What bedding do you supply?
    All beds are made up with 13.5 Tog duvets for extra warmth and a pillow, cushions and throw on each bed. All bedding is in waterproof covers for hygiene purposes.
  • What is the booking procedure?
    You can complete our online contact form or call/message us and we will check availability for your event dates and then forward you a booking invoice. To secure your booking we require a £50 non refundable deposit, with the final balance being due 14 days prior to your event date. If your event date is less than 14 days at the time of booking then the full balance will be due. We accept payments via bank transfer.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellation of a booking up to 14 days prior to the party will forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellation of a booking between and including 13 and 7 days prior to the party will be refunded 25% of the additional monies paid. Cancellation of a booking after the dates specified will unfortunately forfeit all monies paid. ​
  • What happens if bad weather is forecast?
    Our bell tents are fully waterproof so rain is not a problem for any hire. But should the weather be extreme high winds or severe then we may have to make the decision for safety reasons to not be able to erect the tent. In this case a new date will be offered or a full refund.
